Welcome from our 2010-11 President, Bob Lloyd

Welcome to the website of the Rotary Club of Kowloon North in District 3450 – Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia.

We are an English speaking Club with a broad ethnic mix of men and women with many nationalities and professions represented.

We welcome Visiting Rotarians and guests to our weekly lunch meetings at 12:30pm on Fridays, other than Public Holidays, at Level B3, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, 50 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Last year's Rotary theme "The Future of Rotary IS IN YOUR HANDS" is followed in 2010-11 by "BUILDING COMMUNITIES BRIDGING CONTINENTS", an all encompassing theme reflecting all that is good about the work that Rotarians undertake worldwide for the benefit of those less fortunate than ourselves.

We will continue to support kids in Mongolia, ophthalmic children and lepers in Guangxi Province, victims of the Sichuan Earthquake, the old, the sick, those in need of education and communities where there is scarce drinking water, poor living conditions and no local government able or prepared to help them out of their deprivation.

Like in the past, our emphasis will be in China, Mongolia and in Hong Kong, where we support several local and international charities. If you’d like an idea of what we do browse the website and take a look at the most recent presentation under this link:

Guangxi - Oct 09

Our Club was awarded recognition as a "Caring Organization" by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2007/08
